- To develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and internal/external communications, including print, digital, and video assets.
- Build and develop an end-to-end marketing team inhouse and or with vendors
- Develop sales enablement collateral in close coordination with stakeholders.
- Develop marketing strategy by studying economic indicators; identifying customers and their current and future needs; and monitoring the competition.
- Conceptualize and execute on multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels.
- Develop and SEO/SEM strategy along with a content development engine to support it
- Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support.
- Provides short and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.
- Communicate with senior management about marketing initiatives and project metrics, as well as to brainstorm fresh strategies.
- Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis and optimize accordingly.
- Organize and manage marketing and company and external events
- Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.
Required skills and qualifications:
- 5+ years of related work experience
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Proficiency with online content marketing and social media development strategies.
- Proven success in developing marketing plans and marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Proven success in designing interactive applications and networking platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
