We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Sales executive to join our growing team. As an industrial sales executive you will be responsible to handle all the business leads for the company and work in close coordination with the field sales team to convert the leads from qualification to closure. You will be required to learn the company capabilities in detail in order to present an insightful front to the customer and guide them along the sales journey.
1.Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product, service and the recent launches.
2.Understanding the products and services offered by the company.
3.Answer questions about products or the company efficiently.
4.Work across the entire sales life cycle from lead discovery to qualification to closure.
5.Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close leads.
6.Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
7.Enter and update customer information in the database.
8.Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
9.Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
10.Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
Required skills and qualifications:
1.Preferably BE/ BTech and MBA
2.Min 1+ year of proven work experience as an Industrial sales, Tech-sales representative or other sales/customer service role.
3.Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
4.Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
5.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6.Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
7.Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
8.Ability to deal with different personalities.
9.Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
10.Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.
